    Jay has also run and controlled a consulting organisation for over 5 years. He has provided expert advice and service to clients in all types of industry throughout Australia.

    His experience in Workers Compensation, through both an insured environment, as well as senior management involvement in self-insurance programs is unsurpassed.

    His ability to identify strategies to effectively structure an organisation to ensure that they pay no more premium than legally required to.

    Jay has an approach to OHS Management that focuses on behavioral issues within an organisation, rather than a staid scientific approach. As a result, client organisations benefit from a well-embedded, durable OHS program that becomes a way of life.

    Jay has a Master of Business Administration, with a major in Human Resources Management
